Should factions be back?

Because of taking down factions plugin lots of people (including me) lost their possesions. That plugin was replaced with towny, which is a bit complicated, but allows for more. However, several people started demanding to return factions.

Town is not like factions, Factions you claim land everyone in the fac can do stuff in it, towny you claim one plot you have to all these perms and stuff= waste of time exceptionally when plots don't line up with houses you build.
